Payments, Shipping and Returns Policy

Payment Methods

1. Credit/Debit Card

Secure online payment via the Alpha Bank Nexi e-Commerce platform. Your card details are not stored on our website.

2. Bank Transfer

Please include your order number and full name in the payment description. Your order will be dispatched after the payment is confirmed.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD):

Pay in cash upon delivery of your order. COD service is available only in Greece and carries an additional fee of €1.60.


Transaction Security

Good Life EE fully complies with PSD2 and European regulations on secure electronic transactions. All payments via Nexi are processed using advanced encryption and authentication protocols, ensuring the protection of your personal data.


Shipping Policy

  • Maximum Quantity Per Order: 10 boxes (120 sachets)
  • Shipping method: Delivery via our partner courier company, ELTA Courier.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated between 1–5 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs:

  • Attica: €2.50
  • Mainland Greece, Evia, Crete & Remote Areas: €3.00
  • Islands: €3.50

Please ensure your billing and shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect details provided during checkout.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

Returns

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • The packaging is intact and the safety seal has not been broken
  • The product has not been damaged or altered

Products with opened or tampered packaging cannot be returned for hygiene and consumer protection reasons.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at info@e-goodlife.gr, stating your order number and request.

Order Cancellation

An order can only be cancelled before:

  • the invoice has been issued, and
  • the order has been handed over to the courier company.

You can request a cancellation:

  • By phone at 6944 906524 (during working days/hours)
  • By email at info@e-goodlife.gr with the subject ORDER CANCELLATION and reference to your order number

Orders that have already been invoiced or shipped cannot be cancelled.
